The role of technical support is to provides assistance and technical support to either businesses or consumers that are experiencing technical, hardware, or software issues. An example of these issues is slow performance, connection problems, or inability to access data.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB
• To work in the Philippines at legal age
• Preferably a graduate of secondary education.
• Good communication skills in English;
• With or without BPO experience.
• Willing to take up changing schedules.
• Ready to work at Bacolod, CDO, Cebu or Davao
