Delesign is a rapidly growing team of senior level designers. With 14 designers presently, we aim to double our team size by the end of the year. Delesign is based in California, however our team works remotely in the Philippines.

We are looking for a diversely talented individual to lead our customer support team and perform a wide variety of different tasks. As we are still a young company, there will be many ways for you to influence and help grow our company.

As we are a design agency, we will require that applicants for this customer support role have graphic design experience. This experience will not only be used to effectively reply to our clients’ and potential clients’ inquiries, but also in allowing you to create social media designs for Delesign and to help recruit designers for our team.

This diverse job will provide you with the following responsibilities:
Effectively addressing all client and potential client concerns and inquiries through email.
Voicing any concerns or important comments from clients to the management team or to designers, as appropriate.
Creating social media designs for all Delesign social media platforms.
Acting as a brand ambassador by engaging with the online community in a friendly, professional, and personable manner.
Recruiting talented designers to join Delesign.


We are looking for applicants who are available in either of the two shifts (times are quoted in Philippine Time):
5PM - 1AM Tues - Saturday (we are putting highest priority for this shift)
5AM - 1PM Tues - Saturday

The ideal candidate is the following:
Friendly, professional, and social. You enjoy helping and communicating with others.
Completely fluent in English, both in written and oral communication. You must have a perfect understanding of English grammar in a professional setting in order to be considered for this position.
You must have professional experience as a designer to be considered. Delesign provides a design service, and in order to effectively provide clients with support, you must have a solid understanding of graphic design, website mockup design, motion graphics and more. You do not need to be an expert in any of these fields, however you must be comfortable answering questions regarding such areas.
You must have professional experience directly communicating with English speaking individuals, ideally in a customer support type role.
You are self sufficient, and are able to figure things out on your own. You are not afraid to contact your supervisor should you not know the answer to something, however this is only after you have exhausted all available resources to find the answer.
You do not crack under pressure, and are instead able to react calmly and rationally to stressful situations by seeing the greater overall perspective.

This position pays $4.50 per hour, with the opportunity for bonuses, pay increases, and career advancements upon proven excellence.
